Pink Oyster mushrooms not only look beautiful, but also offer many health benefits. They are high in fiber, contain lovastatin, which helps lower cholesterol, and are a rich source of B and D vitamins. They also have anti-inflammatory properties and have been show in studies to help inhibit the growth and spread of some cancers.
