Artist's Description
A watercolor painting of a koala clinging tightly to a eucalyptus tree. Koalas rely on eucalyptus forests for both food and habitat. Deforestation and loss of habitat has left them clinging on for their lives to what trees they have left. The Australian Koala Foundation estimates there are fewer than 60,000 koalas in existence today. Yet adequate protections have still not been put in place to protect this species and secure its future here on Earth.
30% of all proceeds from the sale of this original piece, prints and products will be donated to support wildlife conservation.
